These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between us and any customer making a purchase on our website.

Products are described as accurately as possible. We cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in the product descriptions.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The sale is concluded upon payment confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept all major secure online payment methods.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days and delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are provided as an indication only.

7. Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to cancel and return it, without needing to provide a reason.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
