Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel and return it, without needing to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must be:

• In perfect condition, unused
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the order confirmation

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at evercross-ek6-bike@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and verified, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Personalised or unsealed items cannot be returned for hygiene or product-nature reasons.
